Do not trust the filename alone. Right-click the file (if it is a digital asset) and view Properties or Get Info. Look for the "Version" field. Does it explicitly read 346d ? Next, look for "Product ID" or "Project ID." Does it read 5678 ? If the metadata does not match the claim, it is not verified.
