1. Connect USB-to-TTL adapter to PC → COM5 2. Connect adapter to target: TX→RX, RX→TX, GND→GND 3. Set target boot mode: short BOOT0 to 3.3V, press reset 4. Launch Sunplus Loader 5. Select COM5, 115200 baud 6. Load firmware.bin 7. Click "Download" 8. Observe progress: Erase → Write → Verify 9. Remove boot jumper, reset device
