Danfoss Vlt Error Code 2563
When a VLT drive enters a braking state (decelerating a load quickly), it pumps excess energy generated by the motor back into the DC bus. To prevent overvoltage, this energy is diverted to a brake resistor to be burned off as heat. Error 2563 triggers when the drive measures the resistance of the connected brake resistor and finds it is significantly lower than the calculated or expected value, or effectively zero ohms.
