You downloaded 1.45, but when you load your profile, it says "Save file is from a newer version." Fix: This is permanent. If you played on 1.46 or 1.47, you cannot go back to 1.45 unless you have a manual backup of your profiles folder. Go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles(1.45.backup) or use a save editor to revert economy data (complex).
