Go to Settings → Saving and turn on "Auto Save State" . OpenBOR games often have long passwords or no save feature; save states fix that.

Now, when I discover a new OpenBOR game on my PC, I drop it into the cloud folder. 10 seconds later, it appears on my Retroid Pocket 3+. I load the game, play for 15 minutes, save a state, and later finish the level on my living room PC.
