The film follows Kashi (Sunny Deol), a kind-hearted wrestler from Varanasi who travels to Mumbai with his ailing father (Amrish Puri) for medical treatment. Upon arrival, he finds the city gripped by the terror of Katya (Danny Denzongpa), a ruthless gang lord who rules with an iron fist alongside his six brothers.
