The movie follows the adventures of Bugs Bunny (voiced by Billy West) and Daffy Duck (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker), who are recruited by a scientist, Dr. Bugsy (played by Steve Martin), to help him retrieve a rare gemstone. Along the way, they team up with a tough-as-nails agent, Agent Marlowe (played by Queen Latifah), and a dim-witted but lovable movie star, Buddy (played by Jamie Kennedy).
