The film follows the story of Vishwanathan (played by Kamal Haasan), a Kathak dancer and a RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent who is tasked with stopping a terrorist organization. In the process, he assumes the identity of a Muslim man named Wazeer Khan (also played by Kamal Haasan).
