This is an LCD refresh issue. In MasterBoy, enable "Ghosting Filter" or "Blur" to stabilize the image.

Remember, it is not an ISO. You likely placed a .iso file directly into the ISO folder of your PSP. Emulators and homebrew do not go there. They must go into PSP/GAME/ . Move your emulator folders there. Super Mario Iso Psp
